Hubert Apricot Brandy is a brandy with the finest aromas, featuring a particularly pronounced sweet scent reminiscent of homemade apricot jam, and a rich, well-balanced flavor. It is made from hand-picked apricots of the best varieties, which are left on the tree until they reach full ripeness and sweetness. To preserve the pure apricot aroma, the pits are removed. It is produced using traditional methods, in copper stills with double distillation, following an old, proven family recipe. The brandy ages for at least two years in stainless steel containers. The alcohol content is 40% vol. It is served as an aperitif, best chilled at a temperature of 10-12°C
