A semi-dry Rosé wine suitable for any occasion, particularly recommended with appetizers, white meat, and cheeses. It is best served at a temperature of 8 – 10 degrees Celsius. Produced using a unique process of free-run juice (liquid juice from grapes before pressing) from red grape varieties in the Rubin company cellars.
