Hubert Quince Brandy is made from hand-picked, fully ripe quince fruits. Its golden color comes from aging in oak barrels for at least three years, giving it a full and rich quince flavor with hints of vanilla and a typical, refined aroma. It is produced using traditional methods, in copper stills with double distillation, following a time-tested family recipe. The brandy ages in barrels made from century-old oak. The alcohol content is 40% vol. It is served as a digestif at a temperature of 16-18°C
